QUALITY LAB TEST

  CASS TEST
For testing the glasses resistance to chemical and physical.
  METHOD
The corrosion agent induced by atmospheric and bodily agents (eg. sweat), is tested by submitting the lens
to an acid environment.
  TEST CONDITIONS
Acetic Acid
Sodium Chloride
Dehydrated Copper Chloride

DROP BALL TEST (DBL) - TEST ON THE LENSES CAPACITY TO WITHSTAND VIOLENT SHOCKS.
For testing the glasses resistance to chemical and physical.
  METHOD
Impact of the free-falling steel ball on the lens.
  TEST CONDITIONS
Steel ball diameter 16mm falling at height 1.3mm and hit the lens surface. We even tried on a bigger steel
ball at a higher height.

  ABRASION AND SCRATCH TEST
For testing the lenses capacity to withstand mechanical stresses.
  METHOD
Abrasive rubbers and graphite pencil leads of increasing hardness are applied. Then the state of wear and tear
on the lens is analyzed.
